Returns Policy

  • We offer  30 day returns on our Jewelry, J.F.Y. Non-Personalized Accessories Collection Products . You can return any items that are broken, damaged, or are the wrong item or if the item is not suitable for you by notifying us within 7 days of delivery and returning the item(s) to us, for a full refund or replacement. Personalized items are non-refundable. If you have any concerns please email us at heyboo@muvalee.com
  • Shipping is not refunded on returned items and return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer when shipping items back to us.
  • We need to be notified within 7 days  for non- clothing items of any return(s) prior to returning your item. And  24 hours for clothing items.
  • We offer refunds or exchanges for Clothing  within 7 Business Days.

 

 Returns must be received in original, unused condition with tags ATTACHED and a copy of or the original packing slip (return form) included & thoroughly completed. If you cannot locate the original invoice, please print and include a copy of the order confirmation emailed to you. Returns  without supporting documentation will be delayed in processing. Refunds will be credited in the same form as the original payment type so  if you used a credit card, your refund will go back on that same card. Original shipping & handling charges are non-refundable for all orders.

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?

 You will receive an immediate email from us with the tracking information once orders have been shipped.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

Non-personalized items, jewelry and  accessories  ship within 1 to 3 business days. Personalized items and clothing ship within 2-10 business days. IMPORTANT: This may not include transit time.

DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES?

Unfortunately we do not ship to PO boxes at this time.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Not at this time

 

DO YOU OFFER FLAT RATE SHIPPING?

Shipping is free when you spend $40 or more for non-clothing items. Otherwise we charge a flat shipping fee of $6.25 And $4.99 flat rate shipping  for women's clothing.

Our website will automatically calculate this for you.
